With over 36 years in commercial construction, what brought me to Blue Thunder was the chance to lead on such a complex, unique build. Combining ICF concrete structures, structural steel, and rigorous firestopping takes serious attention to detail, and we never cut corners on quality or safety. As a site supervisor, what I enjoy most here is the hands-on mentorship. We run daily morning toolbox talks, wrap up each day together, and actively coach the younger crew so they learn to do the job properly and professionally. Because projects are handled in-house, there is a genuine family culture focused on teamwork, mutual respect, and doing things right rather than rushing unsafely. It is a tight-knit team where you are supported, your trade knowledge is valued, and safety is never compromised.
